Individuals "dentpercents" are calculated based off of a series of answers they provide before arriving at their appointment, as well as data collected by the dentist or dental hygienist during the appointment. The % is updated at every appointment.

Their cavity risk assessment is a low/moderate/high rank which tells an individual how susceptible they are to getting cavities.
